Trediberri is the story of three men making wine of the land. The winery’s name stems from just that: Tre (three), di (of), Berri (a small western locality of La Morra). Federico Oberto is the core of the winery.
After running the cellar for Renato Ratti from 1970 until his retirement 2005, Federico realized he couldn’t stop making wine, and thus Trediberri was born in 2007. He was joined by his son Nicola and longtime friend Vladimiro Rambaldi, and together they farm 10.5 hectares of vineyards, three of which are rented. The trio aim to make approachable wines that still attain a sense of gravitas, without taking themselves too seriously. From juice to label, the wines are thoughtful and exhibit everything the place itself has to offer. Artwork on the labels is by local artist Pierflavio Gallina.
